I was in the middle of writing another post, looking for relevant videos on YouTube, when I came across this skit that David Tennant and Catherine Tate did for Comic Relief in the UK last year.
It seems appropriate to post it here today since Catherine Tate will be introduced as the Doctor's sidekick on ABC1 tonight.
And besides that, it's hilarious. Enjoy!

Okay, clearly I was a wee bit excited at the thought of the next episode of Doctor Who. I've consulted the TV Week and discovered David and Catherine are on tomorrow. Guess I'll have to soldier on with Bill and Chloe tonight...
I saw the first ep of the new series - I so loved Martha that it's hard to let go... Also? I'm so irked that the US has had this series FINISHED now when we've only just started. Wtf?? What happened to globalised mediascapes, man? Why are we STILL so behind with shows? *gnashes teeth*
"What happened to globalised mediascapes, man?"
I think it's called Bit Torrent. But, no, I agree, I thought Australia had been a far more loyal and enthusiastic customer of British fare over the years that we would automatically get BBC programmes before the US.
I found it difficult to get into Martha, just because she wasn't Rose. And the Doctor couldn't return her affections not after losing Rose. Donna's character offers the perfect solution. And it's probably about time the Doctor had a side-kick who wasn't mooning over him--although I concede it would be difficult not to. As the the cat people said he is 'A little bit magnificent'.
